Shipping to USA Update

緊急:国際郵便米国等あて航空運送する郵便物の一部の引受停止について

The Japanese post office announced today that as of Wednesday, November 17, all shipments 16 ounces (453 grams) or heavier to the United States and its territories - Guam, Saipan, Northern Marianas Islands, Puerto Rico, Midway Islands, etc. - are to be stopped except by companies with a contract with Japan Post.

No deliveries will be made.

This is as a result of the threat of terror, and will continue until further notice.

The restrictions are in effect for:

small packet
regular air mail
EMS
SAL

Sea shipping is still taking place, as is shipping for all items that weigh less than 16 ounces.

GoodsFromJapan.com has a long-standing contract with Japan Post and shipments from us will NOT be affected.
